“Type 1” PVC is identified by it’s grey color. It is a solid PVC sheet often used to manufacture corrosive chemical tanks and tubs. It is easily glued using solvent adhesive, but to insure a watertight seal we recommend plastic welding all seams. Lustercraft stocks PVC welding rod.

Commonly referred to by the trade name Sintra, this graphic arts sign board comes in a variety of colors and thicknesses. It accepts printing processes and graphics very well. Primarily used indoors, consider acrylic sheet for outdoor use.
